Welcome to Balloons Coast 2 Coast. By booking with us, purchasing décor, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or scheduling an installation.

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1 Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and materials.
No date is considered booked until a deposit is received.

1.2 Final Payment

Payment in full is required 48 hours before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order not paid by the deadline.

1.3 Last-Minute Orders

Orders placed within 72 hours of the event date may incur a rush fee to cover expedited materials and scheduling.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking, valid for 12 months.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits due to materials and labor already allocated.
Custom orders (printed balloons, specialty items, large-scale structures) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date and are subject to availability.
If materials have been purchased and cannot be reused, additional charges may apply.

4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

4.1 Delivery

Delivery fees are based on location, event time, and access requirements.
If a recipient or venue contact is unavailable upon arrival, décor may be left at our discretion or returned — no refunds will be issued.

4.2 Setup

Setup times are scheduled in advance. Any delays caused by the venue (locked doors, access restrictions, etc.) may result in additional fees.

4.3 Pickup

Some décor requires a return pickup (frames, marquees, structures, etc.).
Failure to return rental items in the same condition may result in replacement or damage fees.

5. Outdoor Installations

Balloon décor is sensitive to heat, wind, sun, cold, and weather conditions.

We cannot guarantee longevity for outdoor décor.
No refunds or replacements will be issued due to weather-related damage after installation.
If unsafe weather prevents setup, we will attempt an indoor alternative or provide a credit.

6. Safety & Balloon Handling

Balloons are not toys and should be kept away from small children.
Latex balloons can pose choking hazards.
Customers assume full responsibility for supervising children and guests around balloon décor.

7. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed décor and use images for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
If you do not want your event photographed, please notify us in writing before your event date.

8. Rental Items

Certain items (frames, bases, poles, lighted letters, structure pieces) remain the property of the company.
Lost or damaged rentals will be billed at full replacement value.

9. Custom Imprinting & Special Orders

Custom-printed balloons, specialty materials, and branded décor must be approved by the customer before production.
Once a custom item enters production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

10. Pricing & Quotes

Quotes are valid for 7–14 days depending on the project.
Prices may change due to market conditions, material availability, or labor requirements.
Final pricing is confirmed once a deposit is received.

11. Liability

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or property damage caused by balloons or décor once installation is complete.
Customers are responsible for ensuring balloon décor complies with venue rules and local regulations.

By booking, paying, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
